Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Our company needs to get high-quality, competitive data about competitors we face every day and get data-driven actionable insights on setting optimal prices across all our assortment. Competera allows us to do that with a considerable decrease in efforts. Also, our speed of decision making became reactive, almost supersonic :) I want to admit that communication between our companies was also at the professional level, and Competera's customer care team has always been highly responsive and rapid at addressing my requests. Cons I liked all aspects of our cooperation, and it would be nice to improve the quality of matches even more.
