Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The competency manager has helped our organization track our training and competency of our employees. It has allowed us to ensure our employee have the tools they need to produce high quality product. The product is easy to use, but also robust. Our organization is complex, this program allows us to track the intricacies of our work while still allowing all of our workers to be able to navigate it. Beyond the software, I cannot speak highly enough about the CABEM team. Their team is responsive, helpful, and incredibly open minded. They truly want to help their customers thrive and they are always seeking feedback to make their system better. They have assisted every step of the way. The team worked with me to customize this program to fit our training and compliance needs. They were very patient with me as we worked together. Cons I don't have any cons. My only advice is to take your time when configuring the system. It is complex and doing it right is important, having to undo the configuration and redo it is a lot of work! Due to several built in design features not being needed for our company, it took a bit of discovery to decide what needed to be taken out to avoid user confusion.		Pros from Real Users Pros We've been using MedTrainer for several years now, and it’s been a consistently valuable tool for our team. Their customer service is also top-notch — always responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues that come up. It's clear they genuinely care about their clients' experience and success. Utilizes one platform. Customer support has greatly improved. The scheduled monthly meetings have been very helpful I like the support that MedTrainer offers. The customer support team is always willing to help. Our representative is also very good and voices our opinions and needs to the fore front. MedTrainer is an easy to learn system to bring education and compliance up-to-date. It has out of the box solutions and also the capability to customize education and training. It is easy to run reports to demonstrate compliance. Ease of use, training library variety, full on boarding services, great price, has everything you need to onboard new staff. It has a very large library to choose from for education for my staff. It also is very user-friendly. It has specific trainings for ambulatory surgery centers which is extremely helpful. We just assign courses on a monthly basis and it is very easy to track The workflow, UI, and ease of use for the software. We have used it for many years and our employees love it for their training.
