Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The competency manager has helped our organization track our training and competency of our employees. It has allowed us to ensure our employee have the tools they need to produce high quality product. The product is easy to use, but also robust. Our organization is complex, this program allows us to track the intricacies of our work while still allowing all of our workers to be able to navigate it. Beyond the software, I cannot speak highly enough about the CABEM team. Their team is responsive, helpful, and incredibly open minded. They truly want to help their customers thrive and they are always seeking feedback to make their system better. They have assisted every step of the way. The team worked with me to customize this program to fit our training and compliance needs. They were very patient with me as we worked together. Cons I don't have any cons. My only advice is to take your time when configuring the system. It is complex and doing it right is important, having to undo the configuration and redo it is a lot of work! Due to several built in design features not being needed for our company, it took a bit of discovery to decide what needed to be taken out to avoid user confusion.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The setting of hosting and/or attending a webinar with only the speakers being visible and audible. - Go To Webinar provides an interactive and user-friendly interface. - The whole sessions can be recorded for future. - There are some unique features like polling. - It works extremely well even with low bandwidth connections. - It has some unique set of features like replay. - It can be easily integrated with third-party software products for additional features and better productivity. - The interface is easy-to-use and works seamlessly in every condition. Easily to use and also accessible from laptop, mobile phone and other devices. Easy set up and very friendly to use. Easy on the eyes when it comes to the UI and is fairly easy for regular users to setup, join and watch webinars. Cons I use this product one time a month and have not experienced any cons. - There are only few core features that are available natively and for extra features the user has to integrate with third-party tools. - The features are confusing to use because of the bad organization of the layout. - The price of the tool is a bit expensive. - The tech support is not easy to get and could be more responsive. No concerns so far. But still unknown among many people. Nothing to dislike. It is a robust webcasting solution.
