FieldGrid is cloud-based project management and field-operations software for construction, HVAC and MEP teams. Shared workspaces bring project setup, task groups, subtasks, scheduling, chat, daily reports, photos and documents together. Teams can track parts inventory, stock requests, time and expenses, and use commissioning checklists with Pass/Fail/N/A results, notes and attachments; failed checks can create corrective issues. Mobile workflows support offline work and sync when connectivity returns. Alex AI Copilot answers workspace questions and supports photo-based troubleshooting; Alex Project Builder drafts project structures for review.
