	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - The response time on the API requests is pretty good, so it is fast enough. There are .NET libraries available to code with. -It is cheap. -It is reliable w/ rarely any downtime. -exactly what I need as a personal investor. -It is a great alternative to having to pay a lot more elsewhere for only data I need (unlike Bloomberg where I would need to pay 25K a month for stuff I wouldn't need). - ability to request data using HTTP json api. - integration with python pandas analytics framework. Cons - Far too many symbols missing from their system. - Customer service doesn't really listen to their customers. - Some of the usage API calls are not working correctly. - They won't let you talk to a manager when you're having issues with customer service. -some data missing but the team is quick to act and fix. -refund policy kinda stinks. - hidden fees, for example to get even delayed NASDAQ stocks intraday data you need to apply in another company and pay 250$/year - no moneyback after above issue
