	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Dentrix is a workhorse. It's a solid software that does everything you could need it to do. Easy enough for most users to get a hang of basic use. I love that every thing is all in one place. One product to schedule appointments, accounts receivable, patient chart and document center. Cons Many features and strengths are multiple layers deep, and unless you're getting trained by a pro, you'll never be able to use it to it's full potential. Not as customizable as I'd like and I wish more things were visible all in one space. I do not like how every section opens its own window.
