Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like that CodeSignal offers flexibility in scalability by cutting down the time businesses spend interviewing unqualified candidates. I also like the daily challenges and practice interviews available to help companies understand what may work for them. Excellent user interface 'Game-ified' approach to competitive programming Cloud based coding environment with all languages supported Certified Assessments Good for online tests & interviews Cons What I dislike about CodeSignal was that some testers weren't a fan of the security measures in place during testing, particularly the requirement to have a Webcam on. It works great. Only con i can point out is that for users it is free but for companies seeking assessment module it is expensive.
