Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I especially like the robust features of ClubExpress, the security and privacy features of the membership system, the ease of creating web pages, and the reasonable cost of ClubExpress. The Help Desk availability is excellent. I truly feel like ClubExpress is our organization’s collaborator and partner. Love the ability for club members to pay dues online, sign up for events online, and place their own classifieds. I like that all aspects of our membership experience can be handled through ClubExpress. ClubExpress has many features a club needs for a website/app. It's more than a generic web host. The integrated membership registrations are great. Lots of information (club info, photos, videos, and sales) can be captured all in one application. The website and member database is pretty straight forward to use from the point of view of an admin. Also, I like how the development team continues to provide software updates. This is a well serviced platform. With this amazing tool we can create creative websites for our organization's needs. Integrations present with the platforms help to make more secure transactions, create reports and generate due reports. With surveys, we can know the opinion of users and grow ourselves. Cons Though we very much appreciate being assigned an engineer to help us with the website redesign, the way that collaboration was supposed to work was not made crystal clear to us at the outset. We hit a bump or two along the way. We were, however, able to work things out by talking to the sales team member who helped set reasonable expectations, and by talking directly to the engineer. No automated waitlist for events. This is my biggest gripe. We should be able to have a waitlist for events and have those on the waitlist (in order) be placed automatically into the attending section as members delete their registrations. It should then email the new attending member. Classifieds module end user UI needs to be improved. Changing and maintaining the website is not easy. Setting up the app didn't go well either. I still can't figure it out. Many of the page setup screens are very old school and not intuitive. In account profiles, one dialogue box displays different information compared to what is shown in the member's profile. This sometimes creates a confused member. Initially, some minor negatives are there with the tool. But their team removed all the bugs and now it works perfectly fine.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros My favorite thing about Raklet is the flexibility it provides. Implementations and customizations are always easy. We're very content with their platform. Many advanced features for its price point. Great platform to host members and collect fees. Zapier integrations are a huge plus. So easy to manage members! This is an all-in-one platform, so we don't have to pay for different features to different software platforms. Having everything under a single system has been very practical and economical. As we are a hiking club, we do loads of both paid and free events; Raklet allows us to create events and market them to our members, transact payments through their platform, and create tiered memberships for exclusive events. Also, compared to its alternatives, Raklet is cheaper and way more cost-effective considering their features and integrations! A lot cheaper than most other platforms! Their pricing plans made sense and actually lived up to the promises. Cons There haven't been any notable issues for us so far! Just a few bugs that they quickly took care of. We had a lot of customization requests and it took a longer time on their end. We were aware that we were asking for a lot though, so we weren't in that much of a hurry. The price was also fair considering the effort it took. Getting our members used to the platform took a while but once we were all in, it got very easy to manage everything. No major problems! App sometimes can get laggy and buggy; yet, both of their support and engineering teams are quite fast and helpful fixing details and bugs we've came across throughout our time using the platform up until now. The mobile app has some problems but their engineering team is fast to respond and our members don't use the app that much anyway.
