Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros GoDaddy is an amazing platform to be able to host a new website and against hosting service. The things I liked the most were: 1- GoDaddy offers a lot of web hosting services, you can create a new hosting to configure it with a new server like Apache or cPanel, in addition, you can also buy a new hosting service to host a website like WordPress, I really love the variety of accommodation that is within GoDaddy: 2- Another feature that I like about this platform is that you can buy a new domain with any type of Terminal at a very affordable price, you can buy a new .us, .com or .net domain at the lowest price in the market, this platform currently offers the best prices, in addition, within this platform you will get a large number of coupons that will help you obtain your domain for one year at a more affordable price. 3- The support service of this platform is one of the things that makes it one of the best, since it is quite efficient, to communicate with them you do not have to wait additional time, you can contact them by mobile phone, it is important to note that currently They do not have any kind of live support with any kind of Chat, but if they have real-time support through a phone call, you can call any number and you will be attended to in a few seconds of waiting: 4- The main configuration system for hosting services is completely easy to configure, which helps new users to access this platform and correctly configure their hosting service for Wordpress or for a panel. Starting a new website is one of the easiest things. GoDaddy is currently the best platform to obtain a business domain, this is the platform that we have used to buy the domain of our company, I consider that buying a domain has been quite simple, in addition, there was never any type of problem with the payment method we use. One of the main things that I liked about the service provided by GoDaddy is that a fairly quick configuration of the domain servers, in addition, it provided us with a fairly easy configuration for the DNS, TXT and CNAME. Another thing that I liked about this platform is that it allowed me to transfer the entire domain to another service to manage it. The transfer of the domain was quite fast, this allowed me to configure it much more easily from another platform. In addition, it is also important to mention that I loved the very low prices that it manages for each domain, I consider that the prices that it offers for each of the .com or .net domains are quite low. For us, having a correct hosting of our website and that all our clients and visitors can access the website without any slowness or limitation is very important. One of the main reasons why we started using this platform is because we were looking for a service that would allow us to host a fairly heavy website, we found that GoDaddy offered us a hosting service on this website at a very affordable price and with a panel quite easy to use. I liked GoDaddy's Hosting service a lot because it was able to support the large flow of visits that our website has, during a season we received approximately more than 2000 visits a day, and the hosting service of this platform was able to support all that traffic and in no time our website went down. Another of the main reasons that made me like the GoDaddy service is because this service offered me a large storage space to host my website, it is important to note that when hosting my website there was still more than half of space left over storage, so we have complete freedom to continue to store things and expand our website. I should also mention that I loved how much we saved by registering our domain with this company, we got a web domain plan for about a year, and they provided us with a discount of up to 50% for buying that domain, this was a real discount. good for us and that allowed us to save a lot when building our website. It is also important to mention that one of the positive things about this web hosting service is that you can monitor the service in real time, you can know exactly if your website is active, how much traffic it has received in the last days or weeks and also you can know how many active users at a specific time, GoDaddy It also offers a geographical view where you can see where the most access to your website is or in which region, you can know from which region there is the most traffic. GoDaddy Web Hosting is great for all types of websites. From simple sites to very complex sites, it has been rock solid for me throughout the years. Any time I have a problem, tech support is right on it and able to help me out. Took less than 5 minutes to find a suitable domain for a class project, and it was easy to set up the routing and a wordpress theme. Cons The main negative aspects of this platform are: 1- If for some reason you have not paid for your hosting service after the billing date, your website will automatically be terminated, in addition, each of the elements and files stored within the hosting panel will be automatically deleted and will not You will be able to recover them, this is quite negative since if for some reason you forget to pay on time annually, you will lose all the files of your website. 2- The email hosting service within this platform is extremely expensive, acquiring a new business email for your company is extremely expensive compared to other companies, I really do not recommend it, the price is very high for each email. 3- There are some occasions in which the platform blocks your domain temporarily to request your identity and new information to verify your identity, this is very negative since they place the domain you have purchased in Off status, also, if you do not send this documentation, they refund your purchase. One of the main things that I did not like about this platform is that the interface takes a long time to load, I have noticed that when configuring my domain and configuring the servers that it uses, it takes a long time because the platform did not load correctly , on some occasions I had to log out and log in again for the configuration to load correctly, which is why I chose to transfer this domain to another platform, to have administration and configuration of the domain much faster, my main opinion is that this platform should improve the loading time of each of its configurations. Another thing that I did not like is that this platform also has various problems when it comes to showing the domain when you recently bought it, that means that if you buy a domain for your website, you will have to wait about an hour for the domain is enabled and you can use it correctly. During our entire experience we witnessed much more positive factors than negative ones, however it is quite important to mention the negative factors that made it complete enough. When we are configuring our hosting service for the first time we had some confusion because we did not know how to use the development panel, we immediately contacted the customer service through a direct call, however we had to wait approximately 20 minutes to answer our questions. calls, this seemed like a long time to me as it was very urgent to solve this problem as soon as possible. In my personal and business opinion, the response time of the support team should be improved, since I did not have a good experience when I contacted them by direct call. Another of the things that must be improved within this web hosting service is the positioning in the search engines, I have noticed that when I look for my website in the Google search engine, it does not appear positioned first, despite the fact that the another company's name is unique. I would love for the ranking and SEO of my web hosting to improve accordingly, it doesn't matter if I have to pay additional fees to this company so that it can improve my web ranking, as it is currently pretty lousy. My only complaint would be trying to get help online via their chat help. They do not seem as knowledgeable as those on the phone. The cheapest domains are the ones with wacky top level domains, but that's not unique to GoDaddy.
