	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing, software doesn’t work, software engineers don’t understand the business their software supports, software negatively impacting business of customers, looking for new platform due to severe defects staying open for over a year. These people don’t really know what they are doing. In 30+ years of working with COTS software, Unite Us is by far the worst. Cons Support is bad, Software engineering team doesn’t understand business they support, zero creativity in solving problems, major defects Unite Us created still open after 1 YEAR!
