Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • The platform has an endless number of base tools that contribute to communication in our company, it provides a dynamic and varied interface as well as being easy to use, everything is together, it creates a significant space in which to navigate and use the platform will always be a pleasure. pleasant experience, where we do not need professional training to start using the platform or manage its flow on a daily basis. Another thing that seems positive to us about the platform is that it provides the API capacity with which it is possible to complement the work and cover much more in marketing campaigns, where we can be as creative as we can with sending text campaigns , postcards and letters. The quality of the work that we have obtained thanks to ClickSend is something that is not achieved in any other platform, in addition to working in real time and being quite precise with all the details. The connection RM comics work has been possible to unite them to be able to send the promotions to each of our potential clients. This integration with the database of our clients has facilitated a lot of manual work. Without a doubt, it also allows us to do massive work where we have been able to cover all the campaigns and the communication system on a large scale without leaving anything out, being much more productive and efficient in the work, previously this was a complicated task due to the fact that sending messages one by one or the automation of this process does not guarantee protection and reliability of what we were doing, instead ClickSend defending number 1 has allowed us to adapt our work system and has provided us with all the security we have always needed. The messaging integration service was one of the reasons why I joined the platform, however, as we have discovered the endless number of useful tools and functionalities that provide versatility to our messages, we have now found the right tool for our work. of marketing. This tool is important to us because it has allowed us to configure every detail to what our company needs, always focused on guaranteeing the fulfillment of our objectives in a personalized way. Contact management has been very useful because there we can upload all our important contacts and make sure that we can always have them there for any occasion. Last but not least, we've found that we go above and beyond for the quality we receive, the functionality has always been as promised, and we know its cost is truly worth it.
  • ClickSend has payment options which are very affordable, which stood out to me the most. Setting this software up was not a hassle at all - I could easy navigate to where I wanted to go. Additionally, I liked the fact that there was both online SMS and MMS Gateway, and the first 25 messages were also free. The delivery times are faster than other programs I have used, and the support is reliable and quick as well.
  • The best thing about ClickSend is the availability of options, I can use their platforms for SMS, emails, and more.
  • Wow! Not much to say here, pretty flawless. Extremely easy to use, great user interface, very good support, and offers a great free trial!
  • ClickSend is an easy to use product which helps to boost businesses across the world, as it provides accurate data and results through bulk SMS gateways. I especially like the fact that it allows users to track, receive, and send SMS and text messages can be sent to contact lists by a telecommunication provider. The MMS gateway is simple to use, as I can just drag media files onto the dashboard and review campaigns before sending them.

Cons

  • It really is a difficult job to find negative points, most of the things I have to say about ClickSend are positive and this is because the platform does not provide anything other than positive aspects, its tools are just what we need, it does the job in an incredible way without leaving no detail out and the functionality at the right moment in the management of our work has always been efficient, without interruptions and providing the quality of information that we are looking for. ClickSend is an all-in-one, it integrates and diversifies our work by innovating in various areas that we didn't know about before, getting to know it now and discovering how easy it is to configure and adapt the sending of emails, the automation of calls and messages, and it doesn't come out with this facilitate our work, create a line and a guide of activities the plus we need. There are few negative features that I have to mention, one of them is that it would be nice to have more features that allow us to add a much more dynamic visual aspect to our messages, diversify the templates and make the sending of our marketing campaigns look different. Much more professional and innovative. Another thing is that despite the fact that it has integrations with other tools that allow the use of its database to be able to send our messages in bulk, on some occasions it has been difficult to see the data update in real time, Since if we update a number or delete it sometimes it is not reflected automatically and this prevents us from being able to send our campaign quickly, although this has happened to us we have found the right solution with a little more waiting, and when I can't fix it anymore because the client has always been there to help us. One of the essential aspects for our work is that the flow is always optimal, on a couple of occasions we have come across that the application becomes a bit of a lens and this hinders our work productivity, you have to solve quickly but just in these moments where the platform gets stuck, it interferes with our daily work and hinders our process and adaptation labor.
  • In some cases, there was a lack of customization and submitting API requests did not work. Although, this is not that big of an issue and doesn't interfere with my experience.
  • You can't auto-delete bounces or no-delivery. The bounced numbers isn't automatic.
  • Also not much to say here, I would like to say that the color palette of the app could be a bit better though.
  • For some, the pricing may be a bit high, depending on what your budget is. Additionally, the character limits are short. In some cases I will have to either cut down the text or scrap it completely.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Twilio is a great platform if you are a developer and want to leverage their capabilities to send communications (i.e. text messages) via API. We leverage it heavily in our application for sending reminder texts and other notifications and found that it was straight forward to use for our development team.
  • The Zapier-Twilio interface is a good one, and makes sending MMS and SMS messages very easy. The general UX for Twilio is OK, too.
  • - It can be easily integrated with any application with ease. - It has brief tutorials available on the website itself. - The subscription model is value for money and also has a trial version available. - The user interface and the admin panel is intuitive and easy to use.
  • - The best thing about using Twilio is it is not tedious at all, can be easily connected with any application. - It provides SMS and messages API for applications with step-by-step guide for integration. - It provides trial credits to test all the features in real world before investing for the actual subscription. - The authentication notifications are real-time without any delays.
  • - Twilio can be easily integrated with any application made on any platform. - The website has a brief documentation on how to integrate Twilio with various programming languages. - Twilio gives free 15 dollar credit to test the features and functionalities before opting for the paid version of the service. - The email and SMS are quick and works with both national and international numbers. - The configuration of the application is easy as the user interface of the application is easy to use and navigate.

Cons

  • They would improve some of the functionality for non-tech users once the integrations have been provisioned. We tried to hand off some of the work load once the integration was made to marketing but they found parts of the platform hard to use so we had to revert back to using of Devs for everything.
  • The problem comes when there's a messaging error. The error notification can be a long time in coming, and not particularly informative. Even if you drill down to the data dispatched to Twilio, the error codes aren't very informative.
  • - I haven't found any cons in my usage, easy to use and gets the job done.
  • - The data analytics are not as detailed as other alternatives. - It can be a bit difficult to use it initially.
  • - Using simple features like emails and push messaging is easy, but to use the application's all the features to its full potential there is a high learning curve.
