Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use.. great support. Fast set up. Interface was very intuitive and easy to navigate. Helped with implementation and user buy-in. Very easy to use. Was able to implement and use right away. no gaps in learning. Very happy with the software. Started off with the free trial and right away, it was easy to setup and administer. Once we created an account, the support team was great with moving our equipment list, inventory and routine maintenance schedule into Click Maint. Everything ties seamlessly together, Assets, locations, inventory and PMs. Easy to use. Great value for you money. It was very fast to set up and get started - within 2 weeks. The support team is great and it took almost no training to get going. Our team uses Click Maint to help us stay on top of things. We use it to effectively manage our work orders and repairs. We use it daily to schedule maintenance tasks. Notifications are received in a timely manner. Cons Nothing yet.. it has been great. functionality and options configuration is on point. Nothing that I noticed so far. Same with my team. We're pretty happy. So far, so good. I haven’t had any issues using Click Maint. The mobile app is missing some of the features that are on the web version but wasn't a deal breaker for us. I honestly can't really say anything bad about the software, we use it every day and it gets the job done.		Pros from Real Users Pros easy to use, with not too many features that it becomes confusing to use, seems to be constantly updated. Maintainly has a very simple setup process. Layout and navigation is very intuitive. Seeing tasks and completing work for the users is straightforward and not cumbersome in any way. While remaining simple to use, it still has loads of built in customization and automation options to build robust processes and workflows. As a very small company, we were looking for ease of use for the end user, simplicity and speed in getting setup to start utilizing, and a price point that was not prohibitive to our company's size and needs - and that's what we got with Maintainly. Once everything is inputed , it is a quick and easy app. Easy to create reports monthly. easy to go back and see the work done. Love the option for tags and pictures. Works perfectly with our small company. I like the ease of creating tasks and how easy it is to add checklists. The reports are easy to use and once it is in excel the columns can be modified or deleted to suit your particular needs.
