Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are Many Advantages to say about CIC like Real Time Dashboards, Various Protocol Connectivity Options, Different Format Transformation, Reference Tables for Ease Onboarding, Identifying the Job Failure, Alerts for Unprocessed files, etc. The overall use of the product will be easy as an Admin or Support for this product. Cons There is no Cons but there are few enhancements required compared to the other EDI products in the market. I hope those will be taken care by Cleo in Future.
