Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very simple to navigate and populate estimates. Great time saver especially when you are always on the go. Excellent customer service. Always very responsive and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this software. Everything. The best about the product is that if there is something that you do not under stand or need help with, the team, and owner will help you basically immediately. (Yes the get to have a life also they are off for the Sabbath and Saturday.) Customer service is exceptional. I am not tech savvy and Michael took extensive time to explain it thoroughly. Every time I contact him he promptly answers my questions. The program has streamlined the estimating process for me. Pre loaded bids. Capability of changing pricing and to change the % of markup on each line item in addition to one click mark up of entire project. Great search feature as i the addition of alternate bids. Up to date import of material & labor for any city. Most cost effective software I have found. It does almost all the work and thinking for you. If only I could get it to do the physical work for me. I have been lost in the past but Clear Estimates has shown me the easier way. I don’t dread having to do estimates now. Cons No cons to report. If anything not having an actual mobile app but you can download to your mobile Home Screen for easy access. Some additional items need to be added that are very standard in construction. Such as interior caulking of trim per lin. foot. However it is easy to add this yourself as a part that is saved. I couldn't figure it out by myself and was frustrated, but Michael gave me all the time i need to explain it to me. Can not copy/duplicate a line item in a proposal to the same proposal only other proposals. Some areas that I couldn’t find out if or how to do something. For example I wanted to print out the page that is more descriptive. Like the Projects page where I pick from the part library.
