Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I have ZERO positive feed back!!!!! Using your app has made my situation worse across the board! I have suggested my employer terminate their business with you Nothing. The benefits it provides our employees to access funds as they need them. The added perks for using the product is also a huge benefit to the employees. Gives me control of my paychecks! I can get paid daily and choose to send it to a debit card, bank, etc. Choosing where and when I get paid in-between paychecks is a game changer. Clair is honestly the best banking app ever. You work and immediately after that you get money in an account to tap into if you need cash early FOR FREE. Cons Your pay is NOT available in real time when you need it. Instant advances cost too much. Your pay is NOT available when you need it! Clair is a complete rip off Clair will make whatever bind you are in 10 times worse!!!!!!! I have had so many problems with this company and when you call about it they blame someone else. Now they are withholding my money and acting like they have no clue. They said it should be there in 24 hours and it’s been 24 hours and it’s not there. They don’t even open to speak to someone until 9am. I have never had to call a company so many times about my money. Clair is a joke. Would like to see ATMs in more commonly visited locations. Nothing! Sometimes I will have an overdue balance from taking a day off, sick day, etc- but thanks to built-in functionality I can easily pay it back! The setup takes a bit of time and it takes some time to understand how the product works
