About

CircuitSim is a full SPICE circuit simulator with a 3,000+ component library and a modern schematic editor. No install, free to get started. Built for students, educators, and professionals. It runs in a browser tab and needs no admin rights, so it works on Chromebooks and locked-down school laptops. Run seven kinds of analysis: interactive, interactive operating point, transient, AC sweep, DC operating point, DC sweep, and parameter sweep. Results plot on oscilloscope-style charts, with probes you can drop anywhere in the circuit. Define custom parts from SPICE model text or import KiCad symbols. CircuitSim also imports Multisim Live designs ahead of that product's retirement on September 15, 2026. It is the only browser tool that opens .csim, .ms14, and .msjs files, and it rebuilds the schematic with wiring, placement, net labels, probes, and simulation settings intact. Classroom licensing adds seat assignment, anonymous student seats, and private student work.

About

Build hardware more efficiently with real-time collaboration, an easy-to-use simulator, and forkable community content. Leverage collective intelligence through modern sharing, permissions, and an easy-to-use version control system. We believe in the power of open-source. Get started quickly with an ever-expanding library of parts and schematics created by the Flux community. Finally, a programmable simulator that doesn’t require a PHD to use. Check your schematic before you build, all from the browser. Whether you're building a simple circuit board or designing hardware for the next Mars mission, Flux is where great hardware projects are born. Flux is a browser-based end-to-end electronic design tool that breaks down barriers. Flux is making something new, and we’re doing in a new way. It’s called building in the open. Join our community of engineers, makers, and entrepreneurs who are passionate about improving hardware design tools.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • They sign you up really easy and lead you to belive they can assist. But then your trial runs out and they don't give you any warning the amount of charges you can incur afterwards

Cons

  • Terrible experience. I was billed sequentially five times while supposedly on a free trial, with zero notification that I would be charged an extra $20. The billing practices feel very shady. On top of that, the AI product itself is subpar—I've honestly gotten better results using Gemini for free. Don't waste your money here; you're better off just using KiCad.
