Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The fantastic support and easy to get up and running. It was very easy to get it to work with our existing Azure networks. Cons Windows users not as happy as Mac users, but they do not want to go back to the OpenVPN solution that we used before.		Pros from Real Users Pros Intuitive setup with minimal technical expertise. We were only required to run four commands to deploy the VPN server, and the rest was handled by the app itself. The BYOS model is a fantastic option for those wanting to manage their own servers. I found the installation process to be very efficient, and customer support has been responsive and helpful. The lack of additional licensing fees is a major plus. I appreciate the Oneclick access feature, which enables seamless connection to internal applications without needing a full VPN session. The ability to use my own server means I avoid extra costs, and the setup was incredibly simple with minimal technical knowledge required. I like that they are transparent about pricing. License costs are affordable, and they only charge for the server spec that you need. The price is the same as listed by the cloud provider. I appreciate the ability to bring your own cloud VPS. You only need to purchase user licenses and attach them to your server. User and server management is straightforward with Utunnel’s web UI. Latency is lesser as I've set up the VPN server directly in my cloud VPC where all my services are deployed. Best for small businesses. Flexible server setup options are available. You can bring your own server to host the VPN gateway with no additional charges. We were looking for a secure VPN solution that allowed my team to work remotely. UTunnel Secure Access's VPN solution is easy to set up and configure. We could deploy the VPN server effortlessly. Its web console is simple and clutter-free, allowing easy navigation within its various configuration settings. UTunnel best suitable for business and individual use. It offers static IP which makes very useful for business login. It blocks trackers and protects data when on public open connection.
