In their privacy policy it tells that that never sell it save your data which is very rare in VPN service. No data loss or ping issue while playing online games. I got ProtonMail's VPN to better protect myself online, and I'm happy to say that unlike some of the other free VPN solutions out there, ProtonMail actually works! I tried looking up my IP address before and after, and the geolocation feature definitely works. I also like how ProtonMail, on Windows desktop at least, lets you decide if you want all your traffic routed through its servers or just some.
