Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Not really anything to say here but i'm told to fill in. We stopped using not long after we started. Cons We have previously informed them that we cancelled the plan via WhatsApp. They acknowledged back then but they still proceeded to charge 1 year subscription fee. I've sent them subsequent emails but no response, and their website chat function is talking to a bot. Before the billing i've tried to reach them, but the bot don't let me talk to a real person. Now they aren't responding when asked for a refund. For new users, please try something else, unless you like talking to a bot to resolve your issues.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing. Bad Support . Honestly, there are absolutely no pros to mention. The entire experience was frustrating from the start. I cannot find a single positive aspect about this company, their product, or their customer support. Very easy to use, WhatsApp automation works great, saves me lot of time, and support team always helpful when I need. It connects CRM, chatbot and WhatsApp together so everything runs smooth. Absolutely nothing. The UI is very bad. App is always glitchy. the support is non-existent. Do not take their service. Cons The problem: You paid for a subscription that failed. Poor support: After a week of waiting and several emails, you only received responses from an AI; you never received any real assistance. No solution: Your problem wasn't resolved, and they're ignoring your refund request. Conclusion: You warn that the company is a scam, that they steal money, and you don't recommend them. Took little time to understand all features in starting Scam: The overall experience feels like a deliberate scam – taking money without delivering a functional product or proper support. Terrible User Interface: The UI is outdated, clunky, and difficult to navigate, making the software frustrating to use. Unreliable Software: The software stopped working entirely, rendering it completely useless. Poor Customer Support: Reaching out for help was a nightmare. The contact person, Anil, was unhelpful and dismissive.
