Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Receiving payments through Chargebee is extremely fast, in less than a second our money is already in our Wallet, maintaining customer and consumer security above all else. It has a very good integration with other store apps such as Shopify. Chargebee excels at everything. It has a variety of customization as well as plenty of the latest up to date protocols so my users feel secure using its checkout features. Chargebee provide plug and play billing system. It is a billing software allows to schedule recurring bills. Manual errors are eliminated with the use of this software. Easily customisable features. Its robust billing system helps sales team to run any promotional or special offers. Good customer support. Super easy to use and not hard to implement. Works very well for subscription based needs too which is awesome. Cons Despite being a payment system known for its speed in transactions, it should also be known that it has an unintuitive interface that if not known and used properly, can generate errors in transactions, which is very little beneficial for business accounting. There are not many cons if any. Chargebee has competitors but none have the features Chargebee has. Once this software is there no need to worry about bills, payments and refunds. Perfect billing software for any company. There aren't any I can think of. It's great to use.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros None. I'm sorry i hate this system. There are no good pros for this system. Get updated with the rest of the world. It's super reliable to use. I've used it for our electrical bills through our city and it's been super easy. Cons This system is terrible! could be shortened by NOT repeating things over and over. if the gas co transfers they should have the account number by phone number or last social security number. Then they do not have the bill amount! Why? It could be transferred as well. Then after repeating bank info twice it asks to press one to verify. Then wants you to say name and accept again. Redundant. Other agencies do this is half the time. Upgrade your system! Or shorten it!!!!!! I think they could simplify the login process overall.
