Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Receiving payments through Chargebee is extremely fast, in less than a second our money is already in our Wallet, maintaining customer and consumer security above all else. It has a very good integration with other store apps such as Shopify. Chargebee excels at everything. It has a variety of customization as well as plenty of the latest up to date protocols so my users feel secure using its checkout features. Chargebee provide plug and play billing system. It is a billing software allows to schedule recurring bills. Manual errors are eliminated with the use of this software. Easily customisable features. Its robust billing system helps sales team to run any promotional or special offers. Good customer support. Super easy to use and not hard to implement. Works very well for subscription based needs too which is awesome. Cons Despite being a payment system known for its speed in transactions, it should also be known that it has an unintuitive interface that if not known and used properly, can generate errors in transactions, which is very little beneficial for business accounting. There are not many cons if any. Chargebee has competitors but none have the features Chargebee has. Once this software is there no need to worry about bills, payments and refunds. Perfect billing software for any company. There aren't any I can think of. It's great to use.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We were struggling with managing recurring payments and dealing with failed transactions before, but OpenPay’s robust subscription management tools, particularly the dunning features, have drastically improved our customer retention. The ability to integrate with multiple payment processors also means we no longer rely on a single provider, which has not only reduced our risk but also allowed us to negotiate better processing rates. The platform is easy to implement, and their support team has been extremely helpful. Highly recommend OpenPay for any business dealing with subscriptions! We dealt with a lot of headaches with our old payment processor. Our experience with OpenPay has been the complete opposite. Their analytics tool quickly showed us ways to optimize, and we saw a clear bump in revenue thanks to their dunning and retry tools that really minimize churn. Plus, the ability to add multiple payment gateways has been fantastic—not only for reducing dependency on a single provider but also for giving our customers more payment options. And it’s way more affordable than what we used to pay, with an ROI that’s honestly been amazing. Very responsive team and very easy to integrate. More frontend customizability, especially with analytics would be great. Was the easiest way for us to get up and running with payments. Cons I have been very happy with the software, I just wish they supported PayPal. It took a bit for our team to get up to speed with the advanced features, but once we did, we saw awesome results. More frontend customizability, especially with analytics would be great. Integrations with Netsuite are early and we are still iterating on it. Lastly supporting more SDK languages.
