	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The way it allows you to connect directly with the customer by providing you with your own app has to be one of the best things that ChowNow can offer to any restaurant, not only are we in direct contact with customers which helps to provide a better experience and have better feedback, but it also allows you to lower costs by not having to rely on other applications. Cons There is nothing I dislike about ChowNow, it is easy to use, the support and help they provide is excellent and if there is any problem, they are always there to solve it.
