Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The user interface is fairly straight-forward and easy to use. Each page has links and associations that are very useful. For BoM management, order tracking, cost and build estimation, Cetec stands on it's own pretty well. It is also constantly evolving and becoming a better platform. Cetec ERP is an extremely versatile piece of software. We use it to run our entire business from Quoting, inventory control, invoicing, production, and payment. It is very easy to learn and implement as well as teaching new users that come onboard. We highly recommend this software. Cons The pro and the con to a lot of the upcoming ERP systems is variability. Because these companies are running live updates on the system - there are some bugs during new releases and sometimes custom settings or columns in reports get moved which can be disorienting. I cannot provide any major cons to this software. The team will work with you on all needs and concerns you might have. The built-in WhatsApp integration is also incredibly helpful: important updates, reminders, and notifications reach our team instantly, even when we’re not logged in. On top of that, Hashy AI has been a valuable addition. It breaks down financial trends, highlights areas we should monitor, and guides us with data-backed suggestions, which has been very useful for shaping budgets, projecting cash flow, and planning ahead. Before HashMicro, keeping up with all those moving parts was honestly exhausting. Now, everything connects smoothly. Once a purchase request is approved by procurement, it flows straight into our accounting system, and we can track every payment in real time. I especially love how HashMicro lets us break down reports by department so we can see exactly where our budget goes each month without juggling five different spreadsheets. Cons Up to this point, we haven’t encountered any major issues. We’re still adjusting parts of the system to better align with our internal processes, but those refinements are minor and haven’t interfered with day-to-day operations. Because it covers such a wide scope of mining operations and relies on cloud access, companies may need strong internet connectivity and initial training to maximize all its features. Because the platform includes a broad range of features and automation tools, it can feel complex at first, and some training may be required to fully unlock its capabilities. It did take us a couple of weeks to get everyone, especially non-finance folks, comfortable with the approval flow. But HashMicro’s support team was super responsive, and after some quick training sessions, everyone started loving how much easier things got. Because of its broad coverage and advanced AI features, onboarding may require time and training for schools moving away from manual or basic systems.
