Pros from Real Users Pros - Flexible scoring system - Easy to set up - Very supportive and responsive team - Easy to replicate Easy to configure, excellent service an support from the Certainty Team. The Certainty tool provides maximum flexibility in operating environments where technology skills and understandings vary considerably. With the ability to operate across desktop, mobile and hard-copy (pen and paper) formats they have all sources covered. The relationship with our product manager/developer where familiarity with the product aids quick optimization and troubleshooting. Certainty's support staff has been very helpful and willing to assist us in requests of improving reports, register of records, walking us through Power Bi reports. Ryan and Alex have there every time we need help. Thanks. Creating checklists are easy to create and complete. The administrative functions to allow users restricted access is also easy to use and allows for lots of options. I watched a 20 minute webinar about creating checklists and was reasonably trained to create a basic checklist.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The graphic user interface on the mobile devices used by our entire team in the field for audits, observations, incident reporting, pre-use inspections, etc. has made user compliance nearly 100% which is one of our leading indicators and has improved our continuous improvement initiative forward at a rapid pace. Safety Indicators packs a ton of features into a small operating costs. Safety Indicators is so confident, I was not locked into a long-term contract or high setup fees. I was able to convert all of my archaic safety process into digital with higher accountability of action items and incident investigation completion. Transformed our safety program! Customer service is unbelievable. You have a dedicated person to reach out to with issues for no additional charges. Even better is Safety Indicators is not stagnant and constantly rolling out updates and improvements! Not only did Safety Indicators have everything I was looking for and more, the people are so helpful. I have had emergencies and been able to get 1 on1 help later that day or the next. I should add the issue I have had are not from the software but on my end. Cons The training management requires manual inputs as opposed to automated updates like a learning management system. The only con that comes to mind that I encountered is email distribution lists couldn’t exceed 50 people. I created work arounds with outlook distribution lists, but very minor compared to the value you are receiving. I would be stretching a situation if I had to write a con really because all my issues have been from not knowing the system in the early stages.
