The Certainty tool provides maximum flexibility in operating environments where technology skills and understandings vary considerably. With the ability to operate across desktop, mobile and hard-copy (pen and paper) formats they have all sources covered. The relationship with our product manager/developer where familiarity with the product aids quick optimization and troubleshooting. Certainty's support staff has been very helpful and willing to assist us in requests of improving reports, register of records, walking us through Power Bi reports. Ryan and Alex have there every time we need help. Thanks. Creating checklists are easy to create and complete. The administrative functions to allow users restricted access is also easy to use and allows for lots of options. I watched a 20 minute webinar about creating checklists and was reasonably trained to create a basic checklist.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Everything is in drop down sections that are easy to find and use. App is super easy to navigate and use quickly while in the field. I prefer using over the website. The total elimination of paper usage, everything we do is stored online and accessible anywhere, anytime. Facility Logbook and Incident Reports are our two most used modules. Overall the program is easy to use and gives us insight on how our daily operations are performed. We can see metrics over time and use Locstatt's automatically generated reports to find trends that would otherwise never be discovered. We also use the program to track employee hours and training requirements. I like that it is user friendly from the start with little to no training. The simplicity of it allows me to create data trends with minimal effort. It has changed the way we view safety at my site. The system is easy to follow and user friendly. Entering information and finding items is an easy process. An effective low-cost solution. The Locstatt applications provided an exciting and user-friendly option for managing all elements of a safety management system. It allowed our teams in multiple locations to access real time data for decision making and execution phases of our projects and was critical to our success. Cons I don't like that you have to start over on all information each time on the website but on the app it'll keep the same person's information if you're entering multiple BBS's. This one thing is a time consumer. Uploading report photographs could be sped up by selecting multiples at once, I understand this is being developed after feedback. I wish it had features for PM schedules. Being able to see that there is an inspection due on a piece of safety equipment would complete the package for me. Really most of the issues i have had with Locstatt are login related issues. We had no issues with the software. During setup and implementation, the support was outstanding.
