About

Censible is a web-based platform for exploring Australian Census data. Users can view demographic and household figures for suburbs, councils, postcodes and statistical areas, or draw a custom boundary to examine a location. It brings together the 2011, 2016 and 2021 Censuses on the Australian Bureau of Statistics' 2026 boundaries, with each figure linked to its ABS source. The platform supports location assessment, catchment and market research, property and retail planning, investment analysis, and reporting for consultancies and councils. Users can explore data in the browser, use it in reports, or retrieve it through an API. An MCP server also makes Censible data available to compatible AI assistants. Censible plans to add each 2026 Census release as the ABS publishes it, starting in June 2027.

About

This is a bankruptcy petition preparation program. It is the collaboration of lawyers and computer engineers to create a software program that meets or exceeds the best available programs of this type. Includes artificial intelligence, 50 state exemptions, exemption picker, equity analysis on property, zip code lists, census bureau statistics and more. It contains a free version that is an invaluable resource for a one time consumer bankruptcy filer. For professionals the program has e filing capabilities which are enabled with an initial purchase of $99.00 for the paid version, and a renewal of the ECF capability yearly at a cost of $99.00 for professionals using the software as part of their practice.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Back in the day best case was the only software for bankruptcy lawyers. Dozens of computer firms have tried to muscle in but best case is still the choice of most bankruptcy professionals. Genus is a comprehensive understudy. This program offers a complete solution to best case at a tiny fraction of the cost
  • Makes preparation of the bankruptcy papers a breeze. Nothing like it that I have found on the market for the price.

Cons

  • I can't say there is anything wrong with the program. Means test and chapter 13 plan all work well but there is a learning curve for the user.
  • Nothing really. For what it's supposed to be a fast efficient form preparation tool.
