Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Significantly cheaper than the market leaders, probably also because I bought it during a discount promotion. it's cheaper than all the others, but is only useful for the most simple tasks (you can use the free Apple QuickTime player for this.) When it works, it does exactly what it's supposed to do very well. The picture and audio in recordings were fine. Cons Menu entries are partially translated with unclear content and poorly adapted to MacOS Ventura. I could not manage to record app audio. Support has not responded to my refund request for 5 days, even though I had it installed for only 2 hours. Export quality is low, and you can't choose the compression rate, you're stuck with their one preset. Can't separate the webcam and the screen capture. So if, for example, you want to cut into yourself talking in full screen, you just can't do that. The video editor is super simple, good for only the most minimal tasks. If you're not happy with it, btw, there is no refund, even after two days of trying it. 1. It fails to save recordings sometimes. You set it to record, it starts recording. But then at the end it says it has failed to save what you wanted so you lose everything. It doesn't happen all the time but quite frequently. 2. It's a nightmare to get the audio working, if it doesn't work when you've installed it. It records the video ok, but there's no audio, Audio download components are required but these can't get installed. The privacy settings have to be changed of course, but it still doesn't work when you do this. The email support is ok but couldn't solve it. CloudApp helps in capturing our screen as a video and can be share it instantly. It captures our voice and face as well. Runs on PC, Chrome, iOS and Mac. Easily customisable. Some of its features are high definition videos, annotated screenshot, GIFs and screen recording. Drag and drop tool saves lots of time. Maintains high level of privacy and security. Powerful yet initiative software. We can try it free. CloudApp is multitasker for our business. It can be used as customer support. It can also perform a presentation. Easy to screen capture. CloudApp can record local Webcam screen. This is by far my favorite screenshot tool. Saves me so much time. I use it on a daily basis and love how easy it is. Cons #1- We had an overall positive experience with it. Very quickly and easily explanation is being provided by the customer support. Great software. CloudApp does its job very well, I don't have any negative thought about this. They've made a lot of updates so it's pretty intuitive now.
