CampSuite is a cloud-based booking and park management system for campsites, caravan parks, touring parks, glamping sites and holiday parks. It replaces paper diaries, spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one platform for managing availability, reservations, guests, payments, arrivals, departures, invoices and tasks.
Operators can manage telephone, walk-in and online bookings from a visual diary, accept secure card payments through Stripe, record offline payments and send guest confirmations and arrival information. CampSuite supports multiple pitch and accommodation types, seasonal pricing, booking rules, reporting, task management and channel integrations.
Designed for non-technical users, CampSuite works on desktop, tablet and mobile. It is suitable for five-pitch sites through to larger and multi-park operators, with flexible plans, UK-based support and no long-term contracts.
