Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I use this software for occupancy monitoring across 20 locations. I had many cameras installed so it's great that I didn't need to buy any extra sensors to run this solution. The accuracy is good, especially after their AI update. Works on any IP camera with RTSP support. was easy to set up and configure both enter and exit lines. was easy to set up with gmail for daily reporting Has an easy to use API and webhooks The people counting and car counting feature is unique and works surprisingly well, heat maps and recording are also supported. Cons Calibration was tricky at the beginning. There were some software installation issues but their support quickly resolved everything. was only able to send the daily report to one email No Linux version supported , no Mac version supported	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Best solution in the market, being partners for more than 3 years It has allowed us to realize through our clients that this is a winning solution, clients trust the information they receive and the tool allows them to closely follow changes in traffic, strategies, conversion rates, etc. V-Count constantly improves its services and hardware. Installation and configuration are fast and easy, and their support team is always available and willing to give you additional ideas on how to make the most out of the solution. Multi-site configuration and reporting are awesome. Also, you can save a lot of time with the auto-sender, reports are always on time and in the inbox of the right decision-making people. We like the V-Count modular business model that lets you use and pay only for the functionality you really need. Sensors are elegant and discrete. The cloud platform that collects data is quite easy to integrate with your sales and marketing systems, which let you have a deep picture of what is happening in each of your locations and group them into regions, categories, etc. We can take remote control of the sensors and quickly solve any issues. We absolutely love being partners with V-Count for almost 6 years, we have the best devices and post sales service. We can be sure to count with V-Count to assure the highest counting precision of the devices and having a 7/24 working BI platform. V-Count has a perfect combination between hardware and software to become a normal store into a smart store, the analytics in their sensors provides the highest reliable counting statistics and your BI Platform organize the data to the marketing manager can take better decisions in your marketing strategy. Cons Support may have a delay due to the time difference, but they work with support in our time slot now. I can't find any cons. V-Count has a solution for each vertical and is very competitive among the other limited solutions. As different time zones, sometimes we have encountered some communication barriers. For the Latin American market, the price of the sensor is still a little high, understanding that its operation depends on the platform and that without it it could not work. There should be another pricing strategy so that the sensor is more economical and the platform compensates its cost.
