Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I use this software for occupancy monitoring across 20 locations. I had many cameras installed so it's great that I didn't need to buy any extra sensors to run this solution. The accuracy is good, especially after their AI update. Works on any IP camera with RTSP support. was easy to set up and configure both enter and exit lines. was easy to set up with gmail for daily reporting Has an easy to use API and webhooks The people counting and car counting feature is unique and works surprisingly well, heat maps and recording are also supported. Cons Calibration was tricky at the beginning. There were some software installation issues but their support quickly resolved everything. was only able to send the daily report to one email No Linux version supported , no Mac version supported
