Pros from Real Users Pros This web based tool is a great way to recruit volunteers for our organization. It is easy to use and intuitive. I thing that call hub is easy to use, I am able to maneuver the website easily, and the prices are great. GDPR compliant and number of calling agents decoupled from fee (you can add unlimited agents, which is essential for working with groups of volunteers as opposed to a payed (sales) team. This platform has been user friendly and intuitive. The help info is useful when needed as well. So far, so good. After physically dialing on outbound campaigns for years, this affordable platform transformed the way we did campaigns at our organization. It made year-end thankathon campaigns less painful for our staff (reducing the time required dramatically and letting us call more donors as a result), it brought needed organization to our weekly call campaigns to new donors, and you couldn't ask for a more supportive Customer Success team. Setting up campaigns is easy; we were set up and calling in our first week. The best thing about CallHub is that they don't require you to buy any licenses. This allows you to add many callers (especially when you have mostly part time and casual callers) to the campaign quickly without having to commit to any licenses and scale back down once the campaign is complete. It also includes a lot of features that many other apps charge a premium for. Combined with Ecanvesser, CallHub can act as a very good CRM. It is especially useful for local campaigns where the budgets are small but data is everything. I love the way is it so easy to set up phone campaigns and being able to reschedule calls. I also like how easy it is to set up robot phone calls to help get important information out fast. I like the professional aspect of this software, the workflow and the ability to manage agents and set specific time frames lets you have control over your campaign like no other software does. This was the quickest, easiest platform I have ever used. From the time I logged in for the first time, it took just minutes to be set up and ready to send. Highly recommend!		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I loved how easy to use the software is. It's simple, friendly to look at, and effective. Also, the user interface is very easy to navigate. The responding on texts is easy to use, and great that it comes with Mobile App. SMS marketing is a way of marketing that never gets old. Using Simple texting I reach customers and leads directly on their uncrowded inbox. It works pretty great for regular marketing. You can also send transaction or promotional messages. Simple Texting is a well-known SMS marketing platform. - It gives the best auto personalized SMS. (Custom field option) - The auto-responder SMS is my favorite. - User interest tracking using its analytics. SimpleTexting gives you a traditional but effective way to reach customers with your business marketing campaign or for promotional. The setup was hassle-free. I liked its ability to send personalized texts without writing each time. The insights are decent. I liked its integration with Hubspot, to send SMS with integrated manageable CRM. Bulk SMS marketing can be possible on SmartTexting platform. Also helpful in helpdesk to give a regular update on their tickets. Cons I really wish that this had some analytics, where I could see what campaigns got the most frequent and rapid responses. No cons. In my moderate usage Simple texting does well. Not at all. I'm impressed with this tool, never experienced problems. In my campaign usage, it gives me a good response. No cons, it does SMS marketing job excellently.
