Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's a very versatile product, works very well once you get the right configuration and also has many accessories that are compatible, for great solutions. Cons Sometimes the stock is hard to find with the providers, after they change for new goals. And no solution for audio.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros User-friendly interface. Real-time tracking, SMS notifications, driver-customer communication via app, image and signature capture. Routing and scheduling are a breeze. Incredible analytics key for efficiency tracking and monitoring. Few and infrequent tech issues. Superb customers service, have never waited more than 24 hours for a reply. Ease of use, very intuitive dashboard. Very reliable, rare technical issues which is great considering it must reliably communicate with our POS. Other companies we considered using had API issues. Great features that are highly appreciated by our customers like SMS alerts when drivers are near their destination. Easy to use platform, easy to train on, great documentation - great communication with customers. Great analytics and add-ons. Ease of use from both dispatching and drivers perspective. Detailed statistics and backlogs of information. Convenience & communication our customers genuinely enjoy knowing when their delivery will be to them. Cons No dispatcher mobile app, but mobile dashboard works fine on the browser Customer support could be stronger. It was difficult to establish a point of contact. Cannabis industry issues with carrier filtration. I would like to have the ability to create more than one profile for super admins that can manage/oversee all locations. Battery drain. Cannabis related texting is no longer allowed. I don't really have any cons currently.
