	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like being able to have QuickBooks in the Cloud as opposed to QBO. My clients are very happy with it. The customer service has been amazing with any issues we have had. I greatly appreciate the ease of setup and configuration. Very easy to start of a new server and assign users / virtual desktops. The customer service has been very helpful - being prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We are currently running 6 VM Servers on V2 and are happy with the performance and easy setup of the servers. Since they have been set up there is almost no management time needed, just running the Microsoft updates. We love how Office 365 and Malwarebytes are already installed and so we just need the Office 365 license to make it work. They have app or browser access that still gives me access to my local drives. Their support responds pretty quickly. V2 Cloud is easy to set up and has a user-friendly interface. I was looking for a remote/virtual desktop solution and the options in the market are limited. V2 Cloud was the only option that perfectly met my needs. Cons It is a little challenging to set up, but even so, the customer service is very good at assisting. A bit on the expensive side. I would prefer if virtual desktops were available in the $15-$20 per user range. Really cannot think of any cons, everything just works. Clients have to use expensive 365 licenses in the environment. When clients have issues with some things like 365 working correctly there's no advanced help for those items. Copying and pasting are sometimes a hassle. It should be easier!
