Even better the first week we were live a rep from cxt was on a live zoom meeting for a week during our business hours. all we had do is unmute and our questions where answered. On the driver end they have a great feature called driver input. I can make sure each delivery or pick I can put special instructions and the driver has to enter a answer. This helps with making sure the delivery is accurate.
