Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We like that Forte could do both Credit card transaction and ACH Transaction within Zoho Invoice. This made our AR process a little more "seamless". We had no contract so no early termination fees. Cons The Credit Card processing fees were higher than Square when you add in the unnecessary additional PCI compliance fees (Zoho/Zoho Invoice is PCI compliant). They charge a higher fee for American Express Cards. The turn around time for ACH deposits could be as long as 10 calendar days. The Virtual Client looked straight out of 1995 with good reporting, but poor formatting.
