Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We have been using the Currency Exchange Software for more than 3 years now. We are using the software for everyday transactions. Calculates profit against each selling transaction and reporting is one of the best. The best part is support, rate updates are hourly, Sanctions list updates every couple of weeks. We feel secure with the software. It does what we bought it for. Our accountant is happy with the reports. And even the regulatory bodies during their audits they approved the software to be satisfactory. The My cashiers are using it for over 5 years now and never complained. The best part is we have one point of contact and he is available during our working hours on phone or on WhatsApp. Our cashiers have been using CEBS for over 6 years now. There had been timely revisions to the software, compliance has got stronger and reporting is outstanding. We can fetch reports asked by accountant as well as regulatory bodies with ease. Whenever we need any changes to the system or even new reports, these are provided to us at earliest possible opportunity. Our team is happy with the software and the monthly reconciliation service we receive. Just to name a few, live rates, HMRC and OFAC sanctions list are updated regularly. And before I forget, we got dedicated operations manager from CEBS so we speak to one person always; not to automated answer machines. Cons Cannot think of any. The software is quite stable. There may be temporary hiccup only if any dependency is not working. For example, they changed the mid market rate provider feed last year, so it took few hours to restore normal service. The older version which was 3 years back troubled us for once or twice; but never had an issue since the upgrade to web version. Reports can be categorised, I cannot think of anything else as of now.		Pros from Real Users Pros Datasite provides a user-friendly and intuitive virtual data room experience. Team Datasite helped us move quickly, providing a contract and training session on short notice. The platform was intuitive, allowing us to set up a small data room and go live within two days. Permission settings were highly customizable for both internal and external teams. relatively easy to setup, good customer support who is quick to respond. getting users setup is very easy and can do it with a mobile phone. Easy to use, like that everything is date stamped so easier to find newly uploaded items. The search function works well too. Datasite allows us to efficiently manage and coordinate the diligence process, from gathering info from our clients, to quickly reviewing within the site and packaging up go share. Easiest process to manage permissions and buyer capabilities within the site. How easy it was to download files. I was fearful that I could not download, but it was simple and intuitive to do so. Easy to search. I use the Datasite platform a lot. I find that it is user friendly and very easy to navigate through the folders and documents. I like that it has a folder for "new" documents and another for "downloads", which makes it easier to find what you need in a timely manner. I love the notifications / updates and how you can track what has been recently loaded by the seller (other data rooms do not have that functionality). I also like the sleek design (there are other VDRs out there that look 10+ years older than Datasite) Super fast and easy to use; love that it opens files in separate browser windows; downloads are easy and I like the option for different file name formats
