	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Infocon Systems has made managing our EDI transactions much more efficient. The platform integrates well with NetSuite, automates document processing, and reduces manual work. Their support team is always quick to respond and provides practical solutions whenever we have questions or need assistance. The implementation process was well organized, and adding new trading partners has been straightforward. Overall, the software is reliable, easy to navigate, and has helped improve the accuracy of our order processing. Infocon Systems has made EDI management much easier by integrating smoothly with NetSuite and automating our order, shipping, and invoicing processes. Their support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to assist whenever we have questions or need to onboard a new trading partner. The platform is reliable, easy to work with, and has helped reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and keep our EDI operations running efficiently. Honestly, it’s their customer service. EDI can get incredibly confusing and stressful, but the team at Infocon actually picks up the phone and fixes things fast. They made our onboarding and partner setup smooth, and whenever we run into a weird error, they’re right there to help us sort it out. It feels like a true partnership, not just a software subscription. Infocon Systems integrates very smoothly with Odoo, which has made our EDI processing much easier. Orders and invoices sync directly into Odoo without manual entry, saving us time and reducing mistakes. The system feels straightforward and practical, not overly complicated. It’s been reliable for our day-to-day operations, and their support team has been responsive and easy to work with whenever we’ve had questions. Overall, it’s a cost-effective solution that fits well with our business needs. The seamless EDI integration with Odoo and the flexibility to handle different trading partners is what stands out most. Cons We have not encountered any significant drawbacks. The software has met our expectations, and the support team has been excellent whenever we needed assistance. Initial EDI setup requires coordination, but the Infocon team manages the process effectively. The interface could look a bit more modern, but functionality-wise, it does exactly what we need it to do. There aren’t any major drawbacks. Like most EDI implementations, the initial setup and mapping process takes some coordination, especially when dealing with multiple trading partners. The initial learning curve can feel a bit steep, especially when first working with EDI configurations in Odoo.
