Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I appreciated the fast customer service and the immediate response when my team had questions. It made implementation much smoother. Cons I didn't like the user interface specifics. It was not very user friendly and created the need for excessive customer support, which was superior as I stated above.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It is convenient to maintain the reservation and technical condition of the vehicle. The company's cash desk allows you to monitor money transfers, which helps you avoid mistakes. Convenient mobile application for your phone. 1. Simple interface. It was easy for me to understand the interface of this system. The system has two menus (left and top) - they allow you to quickly navigate through sections. 2. Convenient booking and reservation management system. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised to see a reservation calendar and a section for automatically searching for available cars for selected dates. My previous system didn't have such a function. 3. The system has a good financial accounting tool, which I was also happy about because I was able to refuse to work in another less convenient financial accounting system. Cons I can't find any flaws now. At the very beginning there was one small drawback, but it was removed in the next update of the application. As I was told in the support chat, the application is being updated and improved. This makes me happy. Of the minuses, I would note the simple design. But people at my company told me that they like this design because it is convenient. They said that the system's design focuses on only the most important things and this allows for efficient work.
