About
Bupsy is a native macOS application for creating and coordinating teams of AI bots on a Mac. Users assign each bot a role and can trigger work on a schedule, when files change, or when another bot hands off a task. The app shows bot states such as ready, working, awaiting input, complete, asleep, or stuck. It includes routines, scheduled goals, group chats with @mentions, and lead bots that coordinate teammates. Per-bot trust levels can require approval before actions beyond reading, and an audit log records activity. Bupsy uses Claude Code or Codex through the user's own sign-in and subscription, and connects to services such as Gmail, Notion, Linear, and MCP servers through Executor. Conversations are stored on the user's Mac. It is intended for developers and individuals who want to manage recurring AI-assisted tasks locally.

About
Hermes Desktop is an open-source AI agent platform that enables users to run a powerful personal AI assistant across multiple communication channels and devices. The platform connects with services such as Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, Signal, email, and command-line interfaces while maintaining a unified memory across all interactions. Hermes Desktop features persistent memory that learns from projects, stores solutions, and continuously improves through generated skills and knowledge retention. Users can automate recurring tasks, schedule workflows, conduct web searches, generate images, and access advanced AI capabilities from a single environment. The platform also supports isolated subagents that can work independently on specialized tasks while maintaining coordination with the primary agent. By combining automation, memory, communication, and AI tooling, Hermes Desktop provides a flexible workspace for managing complex workflows.
