Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I run a small company that sells to multiple channels, and has special relationships and pricing with several of our customer partners. Our built2buy ordering portal allows us to have everything in one place, despite all the nuance in the way we sell. Because we run all sales through built2buy now, we've been able to save time and make our reporting less confusing. The process of setting it up also helped us identify our major bottlenecks inside our handling and reporting of orders. The site also has everything that we need. It has a fully loaded mail feature, so we can set up automations to ping customers when they're cart is sitting unattended, or when they haven't ordered in some time. It handles discounts and sales easily. It uses WooCommerce, which works well and has good features, as well. Cons Not sure what to say here. I'm a very happy customer. I use the site every day and it has helped my business a lot.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We use RepSpark most every day for a couple of our vendors. Very easy to use and shows ATS and ETA's as well The convenience of RepSpark is what I love most. To be able to place an order within minutes of speaking with my members and getting an immediate confirmation. Lots of different options for apparel and sporting good products. Good pricing and easy to use, haven't had any issues. Easy to use. Real time inventory. Delivery dates are accurate. Easy to track orders. Mainstream contact with vendors. Allows me to find quantities and add logos easily. Makes special orders a breeze for a small country club shop. Cons Would be nice to be able to save repeated dropship addresses. I have yet to find anything negative about this program. I have used RepSpark for over 2 years now and it has made my job so much easier and efficient. Sometimes product comes to us from the states, so takes a couple extra days to get in but nothing can't handle When items have low stock, they are removed from RepSpark. Many times, we can still get them through the rep. but whit that the special-order process takes double of the time delaying delivery. The updated version of an item might not have the same sku and, in this case, they don't appear under the item search resulting on the buyer reaching out to the rep. again. I haven’t found anything yet that I don’t like. I wish all of the companies I work with used RepSpark.
