Pros from Real Users Pros Intuitive, Allows for files to be downloaded and easy search. Tenant portal is easy for payments and tasks. We have been using Buildium for 8+ years. It streamlines all of our processes from tenant screening, rent collection to work orders. I love the Resident Center in which our tenants can submit work orders, upload pictures and videos of issues, they can communicate through the system as well as pay their rent and view documents. It is phenomenal. We recently started using the reconciliation function which will save us so much time that we can then spend on growing our business. One thing I can attest to, is over the years, the improvements that were made based on feedback of users like us. It's hard to find a program that will evolve as an industry evolves to stay ahead of the learning curve. I like all the integrations in one app for bookkeeping, leasing, memos, maintenance requests, billing etc. Buildium is easy to setup and use. I like the accounting features in Buildium better than some other accounting software products. I have been using Buildium since 2010 and I love it. We started on Buildium with couple of residential units. Today we manage huge portfolio of commercial real estate. I like the financial reports, EFT features to receive the rent as well electronic payments to vendors are huge time saving features. For the most part it’s user friendly, easy to navigate & communicate with tenants. I love the templates & ease of running reports. Buildium has adapted and added features and integrations that have been very helpful. The customer service has always been excellent. Support team is responsive and helpful. The software itself is easy to use and makes maintenance requests, rent collection and tenant communications a breeze. Buildium Academy courses and articles were especially helpful to get our company up and running. It's easy to set up as a "user" with one property unit managed by CornerStone, some of the Co-owners in our community could own more units. I have been using Buildium for over 10 years and it is user friendly and keeps thorough records and offers many user options. I am not very tech savvy and the system is fairly easy to understand. You can either look at charges by date or by account. You can keep up with tenants' insurance fairly easy. The report is easy to follow.		Pros from Real Users Pros Very detailed website of the features and prices. Very responsive with phone calls. I really appreciate that they had the same associates handling my case every time that I called in. Thanks to Maria and Berj! They are very clear and informative during the demos and setup. Easiest software by far, the migration process was very easy thanks to the support. Great features that our other software didn't have. We are now focused on core issues of our business because this software has allowed us to automate that department. The software promotes more growth because we are able to save time and money. DoorLoop has allowed us to save time and money by streamlining our entire tenant application process. We can easily do background checks on prospective tenants and communicate from one software. We were able to start using DoorLoop from the very first day, which has allowed us to save time and money. All of our information is stored in one place, and we can easily share it with anyone we need to. I recommend DoorLoop to anyone who wants a simple, straightforward property management system that is designed to be easy to use and full of useful features. We chose DoorLoop for its ability to integrate with all of the other systems we use, and we've been really happy with the support we've received from the team. I couldn't be happier with the product. It's simple and easy to use. The support is great too. If you have a question, you know someone will be there to answer it. The software is great and it has really streamlined the tenant screening process for us. For a small company like ours, this is really important as we’d normally just do it ourselves. DoorLoop has been an amazing tool for our company and our tenants. It's super easy to use, and all of the updates have made it even better! The customer support is great, too. Door Loop is a great approach for property managers. It's easy to set up and use. The customer service is great - special thank you to Daniel for helping me. Doorloop has helped me to track and manage all of the maintenance requests coming in. I can take control of the process and keep track of when work is completed.
