Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Handles pretty much all aspects of managing construction jobs - crew time clock, schedules, customer interface, estimates, sub-contractor mgmt, etc. etc. etc. Many features we don't even use. They are constantly improving the product, and the customer support is excellent. 1. User-friendly interface: Buildertrend has a simple and easy-to-use interface, making it accessible for anyone to use. 2. Cloud-based: Buildertrend is cloud-based, so it can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection. 3. Project management: Buildertrend allows you to manage your projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and communication. 4. Customer portal: Buildertrend provides a customer portal, so your clients can view the progress of their project and communicate with you directly. 5. Integrations: Buildertrend integrates with other software, such as QuickBooks and Square Takeoffs, making it easier to manage your business. This is the most intuitive CRM I've ever used I've used multiple CRMs In the last 15 years and this one surpassed all previous CRMs in the past love Buildertrend! The idea that everything is all in one place from Lead to Estimate to Invoicing for the customer and Bids to POs to payments for the Subs. The support team at Buildertrend is exceptional. Our dedicated support team for our system of forty franchise locations and growing is fantastic. They are always willing to work with us to problem solve and have timely responses every time. Buildertrend listens to client feedback and makes enhancements and updates to the system based on that feedback. Cons There are some inconsistencies between screens and there have been issues with some text entry screens not being sure data is saved before closing, although they are improving this. 1. Buildertrend can be expensive for small businesses or contractors with limited budgets. 2. Learning curve: Although the interface is user-friendly, there is still a learning curve to understanding all the features and how to use them effectively. 3. Limited customization: While Buildertrend offers many features, it may not have all the customization options some businesses require. 4. Customer support: Some users have reported issues with customer support, including long wait times and difficulty getting issues resolved. 5. Limited mobile app: The mobile app for Buildertrend is limited in functionality compared to the desktop version. Nothing at this time to complain about they have made this awesome compared to when I first used it. The payment system for paying subcontractors. Printing the checks I would send to the subs did not work and banks would not honor them. The lack of having an open API has been a downside to our working with Buildertrend. Being able to integrate with our CRM system would be a significant advantage to our franchise owners and also help to justify the cost of their Buildertrend subscription.		Pros from Real Users Pros Easy to learn and use right off the bat. This software provided a significant benefit to our TAKE OFF process. The collaborative feature means our estimators across the country can all contribute and monitor the progress of the project. Easily bring up any and all drawings with the click of a mouse, saves bundles on paper and cost. STACK has sped up our takeoffs making them about 4 times faster than before. I also like how their software integrates with Excel which makes it easy for me to finish our estimates and submit our bids. Customer support has been excellent as well - they are there to help me whenever i have a question!
