Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use Reliability Price of subscription Ability to use anywhere anytime - web based Excellent support Multiple options for custom forms to suit my business needs. Access anywhere with an internet connection. Ability to create progress reports to track everything about the jobs being entered. The program is web-based and in real time. I do not have to wait for a "cycle" over night. The layout of the system in scheduling the jobs makes it easy to set up a job. Gantt charts/scheduling of task can be from a template or one of your own templates per employee or sub-contractor. Due to our client base, it really has turned into our data base for return clients Support from the BuildIT Systems crew. Scheduling and setting up templates to suit your needs, communication within the company and trades, easy to customize layout, no real problems that were not handled by the developers immediately. I especially like how everything is organized by Job and Folder. So no matter who received the email or uploaded the file, it is really easy to find. I like being able to see everyone's emails in one click. The search function is fast and thorough. Build IT really keeps everyone in our company on the same page, and has been critical in keeping us efficient. The customer service is great, too! Cons Nothing. We used BuildIT for 7 years and can honestly say that there are no cons for us. No comments to make. No dislikes at this time, The only Con, and it is not the fault of the program.... If the internet is on the blink, or poor service, it is difficult to continue doing business with paper and pen. Have had problems on different browser platforms, ability to categorize files. There is no "Download All Attachments" option. Every now and then someone will send me 10 attachments, and I have to download each individually.		Pros from Real Users Pros Cloud based so accessible to our team no matter where they are working from. This software helps us manage risks when it comes to our capital projects. We utilize the bid wizard when we score new projects. This allows us to easily setup the jobs through copying cost breakdowns from previous jobs, account codes and so on. This frees up a lot of time and resources to do things we can't just copy over.
