Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Everything. The timing was fast. The price was fair. The knowledge was great. They helped get the app on the App Store and Google Play. It was a really good experience. I am a happy customer. As a white label partner, it has allowed us to easily clone and resell apps. The software is well made and has allowed us to hire new employees and get them up to speed on the platform quickly. I love using this app to create training plans for my company. Not being a very tech savvy person, this app is very simple to understand and creates top notch quality. Overall the platform is great with many features that are available and can be customized if needed. The design interface is very cool as it allows you to make each app different while not looking like a template much like others out there. My support manager Jordan is great to work with as he made things very easy during my training as there are some learning curves to basically understand everything to this platform. If I have any issues or questions they're answered within a reasonable timeframe. Overall the features are really good and designing apps is pretty easy. I have only used this platform for about 6 month. But, I'm looking forward to reaching out to new industries now that I have my hands on this, and open to building apps for basically anyone in the future. I was thoroughly impressed with the support from BuildFire that I received during our migration of our Mobile Claim App to BuildFire. I had many questions throughout the conversion and they were answered in a timely manner and I always had a follow up email to ensure I was happy with the results and to ask if I had any more questions. It was so nice that Sepopo was my main contact for a good portion of the re-creation of our app and she was aware of the issues I was dealing with without have to reiterate to many support people. Kudos to a job well done and I look forward to working with BuildFire. Cons I don't know it seemed like a really good experience. I don't really have anything bad to say. Sometimes there can be some tickets that may take more time than expected to get fixed. I don't have any cons for this app, everything works smoothly and customer support is some of the best I have experienced. The admin console can be a little confusing with a few glitches here and there. But, like anything once you learn where things are and how things work it gets easier and easier each day, and the glitches get adjusted pretty quickly. The cost is more expensive from what I was paying in the past. But, it's not horrible and offers a lot and is a big upgrade from what I had before. The only thing you will have are additional costs along the way that are necessary in order to use the app platform correctly. You will just need a few third party products to really make this app even better. But, addition fees are expected in order to use this effectively. I would also like to see more loyalty features that are touch-less. Maybe offering QR codes to populate loyalty tabs, rather than punching in a code and having to have others handle your device. It was a huge migration of many companies so it was very confusing in the initial stages and I was unsure if I would continue working with BuildFire. After a few discussions and when the wrinkles were ironed out, I was confident that BuildFire was the company to go with. I'm very happy I made that decision because our app is live and working well even before the deadline which was so important to us.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The constant improvement, the community, the ease of implementation, how well it works on devices. Ionic has a great set of tools and features that make it a breeze to create beautiful, interactive apps. It's easy to use, with a simple drag-and-drop interface, so even those with limited coding experience can quickly put together an app. It also supports both Android and iOS, so you can create apps for both platforms, and it integrates well with other frameworks like Angular and Cordova, so it's easy to add in additional features. Hands down the best tool for ios and android development. Our church team just produced version 2 of our app using Ionic, VS Code and elbow grease. We love the ecosystem with Cordova's libraries Push notifications are also easier now! The speed is lovely. When I was looking to build my first mobile application, I really wanted to write once and deploy to both Android and iOS. Everyone told me I would not be able to use native functionality if I did this. But they were wrong and the native integration just gets better and better. I now support web, PWA as well as Android and iOS from a single code base. I also love AppFlow which makes compiling and distributing apps to the Apple App Store easy. We use a lot capacitor.js to enable every javascript framework to work well in mobile. Our team currently do not work with iOS, so AppFlow is a great tool to build, deploy and automate ours mobile apps updates. Cons In some of the services, the lack of reliability. The biggest downside to Ionic is that it has limited native capabilities. If you want to access device hardware or use native functions, you'll need to use a platform-specific SDK. Additionally, Ionic can be a bit slow and resource-intensive, so if you're looking for a lightweight solution, it may not be the best option. Honestly nothing yet. Our app is simple but good looking. We haven't needed to push the limit just yet. I would love to see better integration to local/native applications. Example download a PPTX and show using a local/native copy of PowerPoint. Some features like .env in AppFlow is a little expensive to small projects.
