Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros A complete bug tracking solution for both software and hardware related products. All this functionality in an open source software. The latest versions also have the best in class security built in. Cannot expect more! Cons Bugzilla doesn't really offer any customisation mechanisms to remove the clutter. You're more or less stuck with the default UI.
