Pros from Real Users Pros Buddy Punch is easy to use, both with data entry and report generation. The facial recognition on the iPad adds a level of ease. You can take advantage of any or all services it provides, based on your needs. I have been using this app for about two weeks now and love it. It was easy to read, easy to use and I would not want to work with any other app. I love using the buddy punch app it is very user friendly as well as easy to manage- edit and change shifts as well as scheduling PTO time. The fact you can adjust the hours at anytime before posting is the most helpful think about Buddy Punch - efficient - easy to navigate - nice design - smooth software - allowed to add in lunch breaks - can edit timesheet after clock out well for the managers that can't handle time sheets and want to geofence and track their clients around.... monitor that they are indeed working and staying at the desk to log in and log out. or if they are on their phone follow their phone around during the day to see where they've gone off to for a long lunch... - Great customer service that is always ready to help. - Clean and easy to use interface. - Scheduling creation tools are fantastic. - Tracking employee hours and time cards is simple and readable. - My team loves it! Very easy to use, has a good amount of features, the design is slick, the support team is awesome, and the pricing is reasonable. Great way to punch in and out for work. When my boss is not able to verify my attendance, this is a great way for them to verify it. Amazing customer service, very user friendly platform, intuitive setup, and onboarding was great! Also love how it integrates with QB Desktop!		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I liked the setup process and the customization to my company needs. The integration with QuickBooks generating weekly time sheets is great, there is no need to upload files. The geofencing is a valuable feature. Making changes and corrections involve simple steps. In general the product is easy to use and great value for money. Clocking in and out, also tracking time PTO/Vacation. Like the calendar to show who is off each day. I love that the payroll entry is so user friendly. From the time sheets to the payroll processing, this is a smooth process. It is very easy to access online. If I have any problems there are always someone there to assist me. We use workforce hub as a total solution for our time clock, onboarding, and HR needs. It has everything you need to adequately manage a business with around 50-100 employees like us. I can see it scaling up to 500 employees with ease. Most of the tasks we need to be complete are intuitive to navigate through the menus. They have a mobile app that is fully featured with remote login, time off requests, or time card review(and notation). Fingerprint login is also available and easy to setup. Cons When using the QuickBooks integration, the over time needs to be classified manually. Wanted to be able to adjust already approved time off, in the current weeks time sheet. I don't have any cons to this company. All issues that I had in the beginning, were quickly responded to and taken care of. There are a few design flaws that I don't like. If you have staff that have been "terminated" you can't add their their W-2. Lengthy onboarding experience and some minor issues with time punch exporting initially.
