Pros from Real Users Pros Buddy Punch is easy to use, both with data entry and report generation. The facial recognition on the iPad adds a level of ease. You can take advantage of any or all services it provides, based on your needs. I have been using this app for about two weeks now and love it. It was easy to read, easy to use and I would not want to work with any other app. I love using the buddy punch app it is very user friendly as well as easy to manage- edit and change shifts as well as scheduling PTO time. The fact you can adjust the hours at anytime before posting is the most helpful think about Buddy Punch - efficient - easy to navigate - nice design - smooth software - allowed to add in lunch breaks - can edit timesheet after clock out well for the managers that can't handle time sheets and want to geofence and track their clients around.... monitor that they are indeed working and staying at the desk to log in and log out. or if they are on their phone follow their phone around during the day to see where they've gone off to for a long lunch... - Great customer service that is always ready to help. - Clean and easy to use interface. - Scheduling creation tools are fantastic. - Tracking employee hours and time cards is simple and readable. - My team loves it! Very easy to use, has a good amount of features, the design is slick, the support team is awesome, and the pricing is reasonable. Great way to punch in and out for work. When my boss is not able to verify my attendance, this is a great way for them to verify it. Amazing customer service, very user friendly platform, intuitive setup, and onboarding was great! Also love how it integrates with QB Desktop!		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It provides you with ability to clock in and clock out your employees which is very much needed in today's digital based economy. My employees are very happy with TimeClick. TimeClick provides a digital way to mark time in and time out. You can simply mark your daily attendance on TimeClick. Earlier we had manual attendance where we had to write our time in and time out but since we moved to TimeClick, our life has become easier. I no longer forget to mark my attendance thanks to TimeClick. - Entering the timing data is not time consuming for employees. They can simply do it with a few simple clicks. - Easy to generate reports based on employe work hours. - The product is easy to set up and have all the users onboarded. TimeClick is great tool to track and monitor working hours of the employees and it is also very helpful to gauge the punctuality of the employees. The automated system also give the details of overtimes done by each team member, instead laborious job of manually noting down extra hours for each employee. With Timeclick we have been able to track leave and hours of our users quickly and easily. Every day we can check in and out every employee from a remote service easy to adapt to any online server. Cons Very rarely do I encounter any snag but I ensure that it is reported directly to TimeClick who are very prompt in resolving the issue. I just wanted TimeClick to integrate into our CRM so that we don't have to manually use TimeClick. Hope developers will attend to this requirement. - There are several bugs within the product, but thankfully most of them are minor. - the UI is outdated and badly needs an update. It is sometimes very complex to navigate. AT times real-time data abstraction doesn't work instantly and take some extra time. The only downside is that workstations cannot be configured manually when adding an employee as it is not cost effective to create a workstation for each employee when each one is and should be assigned to a specific department.
