Punching in & out is intuitive for your employees & easy for you to view & export time. Employees can clock in using a browser or our Google, iOS, & Android apps. You can view who's working, their GPS position or even limit where they can punch. We integrate with QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, & SurePayroll while also offering Excel exports. Advanced features such as PTO Accrual Tracking, Punch Rounding, Job Codes, QR Codes, Automatic Breaks, & SSO are all included in our cloud based time clock.

Power Clock is easy for non-computer people to use. Your employees can learn to use Power Clock in a matter of minutes. Power Clock has a wide array of reports and data exports. Export time records to Quickbooks, ADP, Paychex, Microsoft Excel, dbase, CSV text. In case you don't find the report you need, you can add it using the report script engine. All changes to files are logged. The administrator or manager can see at a glance what fields and files were changed, who changed them, and what time they were changed. You can set Power Clock to automatically deduct a lunch or break if an employee forgets to clock out. If an employee stays clocked in too long Power Clock can automatically clock them out at a certain time or after a number of hours. Power Clock uses flexible Security Profiles. Every menu command, report, and feature can be enabled or disabled per employee.
