About

BrowserOS is an open source, agent-enabled browser built on a Chromium fork that brings AI agents directly into your web environment, letting you automate tasks, navigate, and interact with web apps simply by using natural language. You log into sites as usual, and with plain-English instructions like “scrape the quarterly results from this page and update a spreadsheet,” BrowserOS generates and runs a repeatable agent locally, handling clicks, form-fills, and navigation chores for you. It features built-in split-view access to major large-language-models such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, supports local model execution via platforms like Ollama, and ensures full compatibility with Chrome extensions and your existing bookmarks and passwords. With semantic search across browser history and bookmarks, highlighter tools, and the ability to install MCP (Model-Context-Protocol) servers for Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Notion, the browser becomes a productivity hub.

About

KaneAI by TestMu AI is a GenAI-native, end-to-end software testing agent that lets teams plan, author, execute, and evolve tests using natural language — no scripting or framework knowledge required. Turn PRDs, Jira tickets, PDFs, images, or screen recordings directly into executable tests. A single flow can span web, mobile, API, database, network, and accessibility checks in one connected run. When the UI changes, KaneAI's self-healing and smart element detection re-anchor steps automatically, cutting maintenance from a rewrite to a quick review. Generated tests export to Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Appium, so you keep your existing code and avoid lock-in. Everything runs in parallel on HyperExecute across 3,000+ browser/OS combinations and 10,000+ real devices. Human-in-the-loop review keeps QA in control, and it integrates with Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, SmartUI, and Real Device Cloud. Ship faster without writing or maintaining test code by hand.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • The ownership with test running, deciding to pause it, push it, skip it, whatever. And then the If/Else and While loops written in plain English, so popups, retries and dynamic UI stop breaking your suite. and it's super easy to understand
  • The thing that sold me: testing the UI flow and the API response in the same run. One coverage story instead of two tools duct-taped together. Root-cause on failures is a nice touch too, it tells me which step broke and why.

Cons

  • Maybe a little pricey a little, but then the alternatives are too
  • No permanent free plan: the page states outright there's "no permanent KaneAI free plan"; after the trial it's paid-only.
