Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros My husband was taken down a slippery slope with very smooth talk and told that BroShield would protect our devices for 7 years for the reasonable price of $1600. I have been using bro shield from past a year i had hacker issue. Hackers were taking access of my device every time i try to use my device after using BroShield and network security installed by technical support from BroShield. I must say well defined term for Customer support is BroShield. Cons The company is a scam because after paying $1600 my husband got a 2nd call saying that the customer service rep had ‘never’ seen this before but somebody broke through the 11 barriers and they need more money to make our computers ‘safer’. BroShield is not available on phones/that is the only con i have seen from past year.
